So I searched and found a survey of the former professor of Harvard Shawn Achor where he reveals us 5 simple everyday habits that will make us happier in the long run … As soon as I read it I thought you would love it and that’s why I will share it with you.
- Write every day 3 new things that you are grateful for. (It is very important to recognize what you are grateful for – it is very simple but difficult)
- Dedicate 2 minutes each day in order to write something positive that you have experienced over the last 24 hours. (You will surely find something positive)
- Exercise for 10 minutes per day. (Not just for your physical condition but also for the training of your brain that you are the master of yourself)
- Meditate for 2 minutes, focusing on your breath. (You can find online courses for meditation – it will help you a lot)
- Every day say something good to someone – a compliment – this will make you feel good but at the same time it will make others feel good
