5 habits that will make us happy

Are there ways to be happy? This is a question that concerns a lot of people..

So I searched and found a survey of the former professor of Harvard Shawn Achor where he reveals us 5 simple everyday habits that will make us happier in the long run … As soon as I read it I thought you would love it and that’s why I will share it with you.

  1. Write every day 3 new things that you are grateful for. (It is very important to recognize what you are grateful for – it is very simple but difficult)
  2. Dedicate 2 minutes each day in order to write something positive that you have experienced over the last 24 hours. (You will surely find something positive)
  3. Exercise for 10 minutes per day. (Not just for your physical condition but also for the training of your brain that you are the master of yourself)
  4. Meditate for 2 minutes, focusing on your breath. (You can find online courses for meditation – it will help you a lot)
  5. Every day say something good to someone – a compliment – this will make you feel good but at the same time it will make others feel good

They are all simple and important habits that will make us happier – what are you waiting for? Start these habits and you will see the difference
